After your system has gone into operation, we remain at your disposal.

We will be happy to support and advise you on any issues you may have.

Depending on the service level agreement (SLA), a fixed amount of consulting time is included for your questions anyway.

Testing different raw materials

In the early stages, it is good to modify some plant parameters and adjust the plant as well as possible to your raw material. This is where you can draw on our experience. When switching to a new raw material, we can usually give you a good assessment of whether it can be pyrolyzed and, if so, at what quality level.

Ensuring the quality of the biochar

If, for some reason, the biochar you have produced does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to analyse the raw material and the process in order to identify and implement potential for quality improvement.

Training new personnel

You will receive training when the system is commissioned. In practice, the personnel operating the pyrolysis plant may change over time. In this case, we can provide training for the new personnel.

Integrating into an existing infrastructure

Often, an infrastructure already exists at the installation site of the pyrolysis plant. You may also be planning a deeper integration of the production process into your other workflows after commissioning. In this case, we can jointly work out concepts on how this can best be realised.
